I've always been amazed by the clothes I see on tumblr. I even wrote " Look like a walking tumblr post for one whole day" and "Devote an entire day to creating DIY outfits" on my bucketlist. With this in mind, I bought numerous packs of fabric dye at National bookstore without any idea when to actually use it. Lol. ( I honestly didn't know how to use dye , btw =))
One Saturday afternoon, I was really really bored. So, this happened :
This is currently my favorite pair of shorts. First ever attempt to dye a piece of clothing and it turned out well..I think =))
The past few day's been pretty stressing and strangely, I find dye-ing clothes stress-relieving. Fortunately, I still had packs of dye left with me. As soon as I got home last monday, I took the yellow polo I barely used and a plain white shirt and turned them to this :
I cut off the sleeves of my white shirt and turned it into an oversized sando.
I was quite contented with how they looked like but they seemed too ...@-) I have training 'til 7 pm on tuesdays and as much as I wanted to work on 'em yesterday, I couldn't. I was so excited to get home. After resting, I started putting whutevs and came up with this :
Not that contented with how this one looks but still...seems legit =))
It's weird..but I like it!
I'm aware that not everyone can appreciate this sense of style (idk what it's called) but....who cares? Fashion's one of the best ways to express ourselves. Mainstream is boring. You know what they say, what makes us different is what makes us beautiful.
